Welcome to the 2021/22 apparel page! Club apparel sales will look slightly different this year than they have in the past. Please make sure to read all the information on this page carefully before filling out the order form so your order is accepted without errors!
All club apparel orders will be submitted through google forms this year. The link to the form is available at the bottom of this page.
After filling out the form, please send an e-transfer for your order total (not including the price of the backpack if you are ordering one) to jbavota1@gmail.com with the password: UWOEQ
We need to meet a minimum of 24 orders to get the backpacks. If you order one, do not include the amount for the backpack or the backpack line 2 personalization in your e-transfer. If the 24 minimum is reached you will receive an email after the order deadline asking for the backpack fee to be sent.
Please note: all sizing below is women's to represent the majority of club members. If men's sizes are needed please email westerneqclub@gmail.com and they can be provided.
